Born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario, Dr. Khalidha Nasiri completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology at York University before earning a Master of Science in Epidemiology from McGill University, where she also completed an internship with the World Health Organization. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine degree from Western University and completed her Family Medicine residency training at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Nasiri provides comprehensive family medical care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, mental health and adult ADHD, women’s health, and improving access to care for underserved communities. In recognition of her leadership and dedication to patient care, she was honoured with a Canadian Medical Hall of Fame Award.
Committed to compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centred care, Dr. Nasiri takes a holistic approach to supporting her patients’ health and well-being. She is excited to serve individuals and families throughout Durham Region and looks forward to building lasting relationships within the community.
